Hi, I’m Monica — Founder of Learn AI Lab

I believe that AI education should be accessible to all. That's why I founded Learn AI Lab — to demystify AI because you don’t need a computer science degree to unlock the magic of artificial intelligence.

My mission is to empower people to leverage the transformative power of AI. I help individuals, small businesses and corporate teams integrate AI into their life and business. Think of me as your AI translator — I take the complicated stuff and make it simple.

I am a passionate advocate for inclusive tech and my goal is to create learning spaces so everyone can build confident, future-ready skills in the AI era.

Previous to Learn AI Lab, my background is Ecommerce leadership with experience in growing and scaling online businesses across fashion, beauty, luxury, technology and FMCG sectors in the UK and globally. I have held senior roles in Ecommerce management and digital marketing for top UK companies like John Lewis, Marks & Spencer & Vodafone specialising in increasing online sales, delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns and leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multi-million-pound P&L accounts, led cross-functional teams and spearheaded large-scale digital projects. The best part was always seeing strategies come to life and watching businesses transform.

My path to AI training wasn't planned — it was revealed through years of leading cross-functional teams at some of the UK's biggest brands. Whether I was guiding marketing teams through new analytics platforms, helping IT departments communicate with business stakeholders or coaching senior executives through digital strategy decisions, I kept noticing the same thing: people didn't just need technical solutions — they needed someone who could help them understand, adopt and feel confident with new technology.

When AI started emerging as the next major shift, my lightbulb moment was crystal clear. I could help people navigate this transformation with the same confidence-building approach.
